Animal Communication Healing with Animals

How Do You Reclaim Your Power When It’s Been Drained?

Life can be a “soup” of turmoil. Just turn on the news.

And certainly within our lives, it gets rough at times. Outside circumstances can leave us feeling drained to our core.

This can happen with toxic relationships (especially with narcissists), major life changes, grief and loss. We can go from feeling like the Energizer bunny to a worn out dish rag.

And then we think “I need to find my power” again, but try as we may; we just can’t seem to grasp it. Some days we feel like a heap of exhaustion, and we’re not sure how to find that old spark again.

Well my friend, this is the time to “lean in”. Because the truth is we’re a body with a soul, and without that soul’s energy; we can’t function.

But our soul is like a battery pack. It’s like our laptop that functions for awhile, but then it needs to be plugged in and re-charged. After all, energy has to come from somewhere.

And those of us animal lovers know that our animals are a great “power source” for re-charging. They live shorter lives, but that life is filled with sweet energy (even when it’s just calming).

If you’re a dog lover, you know the unconditional love they have, and the positive energy they’re filled with when they greet you with a wagging tail. If you’re a cat lover, a gentle purr and “kneading” is like loving energy being radiated toward you.

And those of us who know the beauty of a horse (inside and out), know how much better they can make us feel with just being in their presence. (There’s the famous quote about how there’s something about the outside of a horse that’s good for the inside of a man — or woman, of course.)

As an animal communicator, I can also tell you they’re STILL around us after they leave this life.

Yep, that pure positive energy is “hanging out” with us in never-ending support.

And yet, we can still get lost in grief and guilt, which is extremely hard to experience when we feel so responsible for their wellbeing. But the truth is, they never feel negativity towards us.

Their love shines on, and we can still tap into that energy. So whether they’re still here physically or with us in spirit, we can connect with them like an electrical cord and get a re-charge.

We can bask in the glow of the energy they give out for a brief time while physically in our lives, but also tune into their pure, positive love when we can’t see them.

In the end; it recharges us, and leaves us feeling like a kid again. We can go out and face the day, feeling like we “plugged into the outlet” and filled our cup with joy.

When we lean a little on animals, it helps us to cope in a more effective way. It allows us to take our power back and re-discover ourselves.

Animals are totally authentic to who they are, and they help us to embrace our own authenticity. So not only do we feel better being around them, but we tap into who WE really are.

We find the inner-self that was once lost through trauma and other life experiences. We feel soothed, calm and at peace.

We become who we’re meant to be, with our energy intact. Yes, support from animals is a beautiful way to live a life that feels good on every level of our being, while we’re being our authentic and abundant selves.
